Distance Selling Agreement

General sales terms for digital services purchased through TubeDetect. The purchased pack, amount and buyer details are determined per order. This English text is a translation; the Turkish version at /mesafeli-satis-sozlesmesi is the binding one.

The buyer is the natural or legal person placing an order through a TubeDetect account. The buyer's name or company title, contact information and invoice details are the information provided during purchase. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

2. Subject of the agreement

These terms govern the electronic sale and delivery of credit packs for the creator analysis service offered at tubedetect.com, and of the separately purchasable corporate report view. TubeDetect produces decision-support reports from accessible YouTube, Instagram and TikTok content; it does not provide legal advice or a guarantee of a collaboration outcome.

As a service provider under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the seller is registered with ETBIS (Electronic Commerce Information System). The ETBIS registration information appears in the seller details above.

3. Order and price

The name of the selected pack, the number of credits, the total Turkish lira price including taxes and any additional service fee are shown on the purchase screen. The price applied to a transaction is the price shown at the time of the order. Packs are purchased once; no automatic subscription or recurring charge is created. There is no physical delivery and no shipping fee.

This page explains the general terms; it does not contain a specific buyer's order amount, date or approval record. Order-specific pre-contractual information and contract details must be assessed separately during purchase. Visiting this page alone is not an order or payment confirmation.

4. Payment and performance of the service

Payment is made through iyzico's secure payment flow. Card details are collected on the payment provider's screen. When a successful payment is verified on the server, the purchased credit or service entitlement is assigned to the buyer's account. A failed or unverified payment does not create a delivery entitlement.

One credit is used for one creator report and purchased credits are valid for 12 months. Report preparation time depends on the contents reviewed and on platform access. Report scope is limited to the evidence that can be accessed; it is not guaranteed that results will match the buyer's expectation or that a risk will always be found.

If an analysis fails because of a technical error, the credit is returned once. Payment refund and digital delivery details are explained in the Delivery and Returns Terms.

5. Withdrawal, refunds and legal rights

In consumer transactions, the statutory right of withdrawal, its periods and the exceptions for digital services apply under the Delivery and Returns Terms. Consent to early performance or a withdrawal exception is not assumed merely because this page was opened. Mandatory legal rights concerning a defective or unperformed service are not limited by these terms.

6. Personal data and safe use

The principles for processing personal data in account, analysis and payment flows are explained in the Privacy Policy. The buyer must protect the security of their account, report suspected unauthorised use to the business and must not send unlawful data or content.

7. Applications and disputes

You can use our contact channels for questions and complaints. In consumer transactions, the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under the applicable jurisdiction, authority and monetary thresholds is reserved. The relevant general provisions apply to commercial transactions.
