How does TubeDetect assess a creator?
TubeDetect reviews the content a creator published in the last six months together with the selected Brand Profile. AI classifies and explains the evidence, while versioned rules produce the scores and the system decision. The report is a decision record that keeps its data period, its sources and its access limits.
1. Brand and account context
The input of an analysis is the selected Brand Profile and the platform account. The category, the products, the competitors and the brand sensitivities form the context of the suitability assessment. After the account identity is verified, the content that can be retrieved is collected.
The reviewed period is the last six months; this is not a claim that every piece of content could be collected completely. Scope limits can appear because of content selection and provider access. Read the date range and the available data together.
2. Data scope per platform
The same three result headings can be used on every platform. That does not mean the same kind of data arrives from all of them.
| Platform | Review inputs | Stated limit |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | Video details, descriptions, available spoken transcripts, comment context and visual sources | Spoken and visual access can stay limited; a thumbnail is not a full video review. |
| Account and post details that can be provided, captions and content signals | Comment and transcript analysis is out of scope. | |
| TikTok | Account and video details that can be provided, captions and content signals | Comment and transcript analysis is out of scope. |
3. Evidence, context and statement ownership
The claims in a report have to be tied to content evidence or to a verified research source. A statement made by the account owner, a quote from someone else and a viewer comment are not the same thing. A historical narrative, fiction and metaphor must not be missed.
Viewer comments are a separate community signal; they are not assigned directly as the words of the channel owner or as a sponsorship relationship. A brand mention and an explicit commercial collaboration are also different evidence levels.
4. The three scores and the decision reasoning
Current reports show suitability, content safety and disclosure discipline. A high value in these three scores is a positive direction. The meaning of a score and the decision at the time the report was created are not changed retroactively by a later policy.
AI does not produce an independent score or a final decision. Depending on the direction of the rule based decision, the reasoning for why an account is recommended, why it is not recommended or why it needs conditions is explained with sources. Scores alone do not represent the whole evidence.
5. How is missing data handled?
Spoken, visual or comment data that could not be retrieved is not treated as safe content. If enough base data exists, the report can be completed with other reliable sources; the missing areas are recorded as scope limits. No report is invented when reliable base data is missing.
Controlled retries and recovery can be used for system errors. A user should not read a retry of the same job as a new analysis result. A report being ready does not mean every possible source was reachable.
6. Web report, PDF and verification
The web report is used to review the detailed evidence; the PDF is used to share the decision summary. The identity of the report, the brand context, the data period and the recorded result are kept together. The branded PDF is not a separate assessment that changes this result.
Document verification checks that the document record or the file matches. It does not guarantee the future behaviour of the creator, the campaign performance or the absence of errors in the report commentary.
Editorial approach and corrections
This knowledge base is prepared from the product documents and the shipped capabilities of TubeDetect. Product descriptions, fictional examples and external news are kept apart; news items show the source and the announcement date. No fake customer example, success rate or research statistic is used.
If you see an error or outdated information, you can report it to the support address on the Contact page. A report assessment is not legal advice and not a guarantee of a collaboration.
Frequently asked questions
Clear the decision before the brief.
Does AI decide the TubeDetect scores on its own?
No. AI has the task of classifying and explaining evidence. The scores and the system decision are produced by versioned rules.
Does the report guarantee that all past content was reviewed?
No. The review is limited to the content that could be retrieved and selected in the last six months. No completeness claim is made for private, deleted or unavailable data.
Does a new brand profile change an old report?
An old report keeps the brand context and the recorded results of the moment it was created. Profile information changed later does not recalculate an old score or decision retroactively.
