Delivery and Returns Terms

TubeDetect is a digital service. Credit packs and reports are delivered through your account; nothing is shipped. This English text is a translation; the Turkish version at /teslimat-ve-iade is the binding one.

2. Digital delivery

Once a successful payment is verified on the server through the payment provider, the credit pack you purchased is assigned to the TubeDetect account that made the payment. Seeing a payment result only in the browser does not mean delivery is verified. You can check your balance on the Credits screen.

One credit is used for one creator report. Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date; packs are one-time and do not create an automatically renewing subscription. The corporate report view that can also be purchased is assigned to the relevant account after successful payment verification.

Analysis starts with the Brand Profile and account links you select. A completed report is presented on the web screen and, once ready, as a downloadable PDF. Timing varies with the number of contents, platform access and processing load. No fixed analysis time is promised, and there is no guarantee that every review will find a finding.

3. Technical failure and incomplete delivery

If an analysis fails because of a technical error, the credit used for that analysis is returned to the account once. This is not a refund to your card. Repeated reports of the same error do not create additional credit entitlement.

If a payment succeeded but the credits or the purchased entitlement did not appear in your account, send your account email, the order or transaction number and the payment date to [email protected]. Do not share your card number, CVV or password.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For consumer purchases where no withdrawal exception applies, a withdrawal notice can be given within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions in the legislation may apply to services performed immediately in electronic form and to services whose performance began with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expired. An automatic loss of rights is not assumed for every digital purchase without reviewing the usage and approval records.

Send your withdrawal or refund request with your account email and transaction details to the business email or postal address. For a valid withdrawal notice, the price is refunded within the legal 14-day period from receipt of the notice, through the payment instrument used. Your bank may take longer to reflect it in your account.

Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes and requests about used services are assessed under the transaction terms and applicable legislation. Statutory rights arising from a defective or undelivered service are reserved. Returning a credit balance and refunding the payment amount are separate operations.
